What happens to your comments

We make sure your voice is heard, twice

We read every response and use it to shape the design. You can follow how the scheme changes on the design development page.

At this pre-submission stage, we will also pass the comments and emails we receive to the local planning authority. That way the council can see what the community has told us, and we can work with them to address concerns wherever we can.

Please also comment to the council

Sharing your views with us is valuable, but it does not put your comments on the official planning record. To make sure your comments are formally registered against any future application, we strongly encourage you to also submit them directly to the council through its planning portal once an application has been made. We will post the details here as soon as that happens.
